Overhauling the pitch process to improve speed, accuracy and win-rate.

The challenge.

Following a significant period of growth and, in turn, a greater demand on the firm to produce pitch materials, Enyo Law wanted to streamline their entire process, ensuring they could produce pitches quickly and efficiently.

Enyo Law needed a solution that collated all of their previous cases so they could be drawn on when required. They also needed the added functionality of filtering and searching these cases based on their specific needs.

Lastly, they required a designed pitch template that made producing documents quick, and minimised inconsistencies in tone and language.

Our approach.

Having worked with Enyo Law previously, 14OhFour were familiar with their expertise and their existing pitch process.

We began by reviewing all previous pitch documentation and marketing material to source previous cases. With Enyo Law having such a strong reputation for succeeding in some of the most complex and high stakes litigation and international arbitration cases, we also reviewed past judgments.

With all previous cases collated, we began creating filtering criteria so any member of the firm could quickly sort and drill down to the exact cases they required. Previously, this was a manual process for each pitch that used up valuable fee-earning time.

Following the creation of a new pitch database, we designed a new pitch template. The template included existing content that is required for most pitches, with the added ability to create new pages quickly, if needed.

The results.

Since the internal launch of the database and the pitch template, the benefit is clear. The database has allowed members of the firm to quickly filter and source the previous cases they require, whether for a pitch document or creating website content, saving hours of fee-earning time.

By utilising this with the newly created pitch document template, the firm can confidently produce multiple pitch documents with confidence, knowing they all follow the same tone and style.
