The challenge.
In legal marketing, consistency is most of the game. The monthly analytics report, the regular social posts, the steady content plan: none of it is difficult on its own, and all of it matters.
The trouble is that it's never the only job. On a retainer with a UK law firm, we were covering the whole marketing remit, as many in-house legal marketers do. With everything competing for attention, the routine-but-important work was the first to slip. GA4 reports got pushed back. Social posts went quiet for a week.
None of that is a disaster on any single day. Over a quarter, it adds up.
Our approach.
Rather than another tool to log in to, we built EnquiryFlow Legal as a team of AI agents. Each one handles part of the recurring marketing workload that stretched teams struggle to keep up with:
- generating and summarising GA4 reports
- planning content
- producing content.
The aim is to help law firms generate more enquiries by keeping their marketing consistent, even when the team is small and busy.
The marketing team stays in charge. Everything EnquiryFlow produces is reviewed by the firm's marketing team before it's used.
The results.
EnquiryFlow Legal is live, and we use it in our retained marketing work with the firm.
By our own estimate, we can now plan and produce a month's content, four articles and ten social media posts, in under an hour. Before EnquiryFlow, the same work took about a day.
What's next.
EnquiryFlow Legal is available to law firms now.
