As a new entry to the legal market, Humber Law was looking for a way to differentiate itself and provide clients with a unique service.
Humber Law knew the current Will writing process was tedious for clients and required a lot of information to flow from client to lawyer. Currently, this is often done via paper forms or repetitive online forms.
Humber Law needed an innovative way to service its clients while also maintaining strict regulatory compliance and client privacy.
Having fleshed out their requirements and vision, it was clear a mobile app would be the most suitable for the firm to service their clients efficiently and simply. We worked with Humber Law to develop a mobile app utilising the Fliplet platform.
Good design and user experience are often missing from legal apps and that is something we are determined to change! We focused on turning their ideas into moments of delight for their clients, throughout the mobile app.
The Humber Law app allows clients to conveniently and securely interact with their lawyer during the Will writing process. Clients can also then access their Will securely, from within the app, at any time after their matter has finished.
